– Extract “S. Raguilon by Sameh Momen.rar” (8.9 MB) and copy “19244.cpk” file to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Pro Evolution Soccer 2017\download\
– Select DLC in DpFileList Generator
– Add 19244.cpk as last checked, generate new DpFileList.
